Growth Marketing Specialist

About the role

Bring Real Members to people building something worth joining. You’ll develop marketing ideas, create useful content and test acquisition channels with a focus on relevant customers — not impressions that never turn into meaningful interest.

What you’ll do

• Plan and test campaigns aimed at Discord community owners, creators and online businesses.
• Write clear content for social channels, landing pages and customer communications.
• Explore relevant creator collaborations and community partnerships.
• Track which activities lead to qualified interest and purchases, and use those findings to improve campaigns.
• Work with sales and support to understand customer questions and keep our messaging accurate.

What you’ll bring

• Fluent English (C2 or equivalent fluency), written and spoken.
• Hands-on digital marketing experience, with examples of campaigns or content you’ve created.
• An understanding of Discord communities and how creators and online businesses find their audiences.
• Comfort working with campaign results and explaining what you would test next.
• Good writing, initiative and a responsible approach to audience acquisition — no spam or misleading claims.

Real Members helps Discord communities grow and businesses connect with new audiences. The work is fully remote: you can apply from anywhere. Tell us your time zone and availability so we can discuss a workable schedule.

The monthly base salary is $7,000–$8,500 USD before taxes, based on full-time work (40 hours per week). Your offer within this range will reflect your experience and the agreed responsibilities. Schedule and the form of engagement will be agreed before you start.
